How do I cancel my Shave Plan?

Did you know that you can “PAUSE” your Shave Plan instead of canceling?  That’s right, you can pause your plan for one (1) billing cycle.  This way you don’t have to sign up all over again when you need more razors.

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but canceling your Shave Plan is easy:

  • Log in and click on “My Account”
  • Click on “Shave Plan”
  • Then under Your Subscriptions click on “Cancel”

Don’t Go!!! If you’ve had specific problems with AngelShaveClub, we’d love it if you’d email us before canceling to give us a chance to resolve those issues.  We’re fanatical about customer service and we’ll do what we can to help.

NOTE:  We will do our best to honor order cancellation requests; however, those that have shipped may not be canceled until the next billing cycle.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We partner with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure speedy delivery.  Shipments usually arrive within 5-10 business days once mailed, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email shortly after your orders ships.  While we work hard to ensure that everyone gets their order quickly, friends in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may experience shipping delays.

Note: Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.

How often should I change my blades?

As women we all have different shaving habits.  During the summer we may shave everyday, however in the winter months we may only shave a couple times a week.  Either way our razors are made from high quality US steel and will last for a long period of time.  We believe that because of the low cost most women can indulge in changing their razor blade weekly or every 5-8 shaves. Proper care of your razor is critical. Thoroughly clean and dry your razor after every use and storing it in a dry environment will increase its lifespan.  We have taken the guesswork out of knowing when to change your razor.  By time you are down to your last blade, your next set should be on its way to you.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the entire United States! We also ship to US Military APO, FPO & DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and Saipan. Shipping to these locations, as well as Hawaii and Alaska, tends to take a bit longer than shipping within the continental US, but we’re hard at work to speed up those delivery times.  At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but we hope to sometime in the near future.

Do you offer Free shipping?

Yes all of our shave plans offer free shipping, however please note that currently we only ship to our customers that live in the United States.

Why do you not ship every month?

The reason is simple…COST!  Currently, we offer to ship Qty. (6) and (8) blades every two months, for the ladies that shaves often, or Qty (6) and (8) blades every four months for the ones that do not shave on a daily basis.   We offer free shipping to our amazing customers, however, shipping is not actually free and because we love our clients, we cover that cost. :) By not sending boxes monthly we can keep our overhead down, which in turn allows us to offer the unbeatable prices we have! We don’t want our customers to pay high costs, we just want to help them save money! This along with the fact we offer a cancel anytime policy means people can try us out if you love our blades, great! If we’re not quite right for each other, that’s not a problem, you can pause, upgrade/downgrade or cancel your subscription at anytime.

Is there a fee to join?

Nope! There is no Membership fee.  You only pay for the razors you receive.

How does your Free Trial work?

We know you’ll love our blades, which is why we are offering a Free Trial. When you sign up for a Shave Plan, we’ll start you off with a Free Trial pack for just the cost of shipping ($3.95 in the US).

Our Free Trial pack contains a handle of your choice, one 5 blade razor, Cover, and we give you a 16 day trial period to test everything out and make sure the products are working for you.

After 16 days, we’ll send you the first of your automatic Shave Plan shipments. We’ll continue with those shipments at a regular interval that works best for your shaving needs. You choose your shipping frequency of every 2 or 4 months. You’re in complete control of your Plan and anytime during this trial period, you can also choose to “cancel” your auto subscription service. If you cancel your subscription you will not be billed again.

Note: Our 3 blade system razor is not available for a free trial. If you wish to get the 3 blade model you can order it by clicking here. After your Free Trial, you can switch your Shave Plan and your razors at any time!

Can I receive fewer blades per month?

Please allow 24 hours for a response – our team is working as quickly and diligently to address your questions! Can I have multiple razor subscriptions under one Account?

At this time, we’re limited to one razor subscription per account. We’re working hard to make this a possibility. For now, you can sign up for another razor subscription with a different email address. Make sure to logout of your account before creating another Membership!

How many blades come in a cartridge?

Each cartridge contains 4 high quality razor blade refills.

Are your blades and handles compatible with other brands?

Just as our beautiful boxes, our blades and handles are very unique.  That’s why our blades are designed to fit with our handles exclusively, and vice versa.

Sugar & Fig – Whipped Shaving Souffle is free of Parabens, Propylene Glycol, SLS/SLES, propellants and petroleum products. We only use the finest ingredients.

Do any of the blades have a trimmer?

Yes!  Our 5 Blade Razor System, “The Angel” offer a an extra blade on the top of the razor head.  This is perfect for hard to reach area or trimming your bikini line.

Does Angel Shave Club™ Test on Animals?

Angel Shave Club™ is certified by PETA as a 100% cruelty-free brand, and you will find us listed on their website. Remaining a cruelty-free brand is extremely important to us, as it is to so many of you! Angel Shave Club™ has never tested products on animals —and we have absolutely no plans to change that.

Can I purchase additional handles?

As a member of Angel Shave Club you can add and/or order up to 4 additional handles to your shave plan or order.  Simply log in to your account in the upper right corner of the Home page then click on the Products page to select the color and number of extra handles you need.

What is your return policy?

We think you will absolutely love our razors and handles, but if, after 6-9 shaves, you find that you’re unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund…No Questions Asked!

Can I change my subscription to another one?

Of course! Move up or down as you wish. Just log into your account, go to the ‘Shave Plan’ section and use the links to upgrade, downgrade, less-blades, or more blades. It’s as simple as that.

What if I don’t shave very often?

We understand that often times you just don’t shave as often as other times.  We offer an Every Four Month shipping option, which if you choose that plan we will ship out 8 blades every four months.  You can adjust your shipping frequency at any time in “My Account”. We’ll only bill you on the months that you receive shipments.

Can I order in bulk or pay in advance?

Sorry, we don’t offer bulk orders at this time.  We only sell razors through or Shave Plan recurring billing.  If you want to pay all at once you can purchase a gift certificate and in that situation you can pay upfront for the year. Why not give a gift to your friends?

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What if I want to switch my blades?

Switching is easy! Change from 3 blade to 5 blade or vice versa…Just log in and under “My Account” find the tab marked “Shave Plan”. From there click Switch Blades. Your recurring bill date will remain the same, and your new blades will arrive in your next box.

Do I get a free handle when I sign up on a shave plan?

Of course! When you sign up for any one of our recurring Shave Plans, we will send out a free handle in the color of your choice with your first shipment.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

No! All orders are delivered via USPS and don’t require a signature.

My tracking information says my order was delivered but I can’t find it. What do I do?

Sometimes, our packages will be delivered to a neighbor, a mail center, or a management office. If you look around and are still unable to find your Angel Shave Club order, just email support@angelshaveclub.com and we’ll make sure you get your products.
